HISTORY Ocean Development Company "ODC" was established in the UK in June 2016 having executed projects in the Middle East from 2012 from its OMANI base. January 2021 ODC formed a strategic partnership with KOMS Inc. to provide engineering support. In June 2022 "ODC" renamed to KOMS Europe Limited. KOMS was established as an Engineering , R&D and Project Management Service company, in December 2020, combining 2 Korean groups K-OnOffshore Group & KRISO. KRISO (Korea National Research Institution of Shipbuilding and Offshore) is a shareholder of KOMS KOREA [21%] providing full technical and R&D support for KOMS. KOMS Incorporated is a 20% shareholder of KOMS Europe Limited, the remaining 80% is owned by British Nationals. Marine Vessel Design: - Provision of design services for LNG bunkering, LNG Fuelled and other associated vessels
Project Services: - Provision of project services and manpower for all disciplines in the execution of Energy based projects both onshore and offshore.
EPCIC Services- : - Small & Middle Sized Projects
Provision of EPCIC Services for small and medium sized projects up-to $50million.
Project Management Services- : Provision of Project Management Services for On and Offshore Energy based projects.
