LONDON 01-07-2022:

KOMS Europe Limited has been officially registered in England & Wales. KOMS Inc. was established in South Korea 2020 to combine the Engineering skills and background of K-OnOffshore and research and development expertese of the Korean Research Institute of Shipping & Offshore [KRISO]. KOMSEL will be a leadinfg company in the Transition to Green Energy sources. KOMS Inc. are a 20% share holder in the new venture.

Jang Jin Kim, Group Chairman, commented that the "establishment of KOMS Europe Limited will allow the transfer of skills and technology between Europe and South Korea, especially in the Offshore Renewable Energy Sector ".
