KOMS Americas has been formed by the establishment of a Joint Venture between Energia Latina and KOMS Europe. The company is jointly owned by KOMS Europe & Energia Latina
The Operations Office of KOMS Americas is in Mexico City, the company is registered in England & Wales.
Energia Latina are a Latin American service company, mainly dedicated to oil exploration and production, water treatment solutions, electricity generation and project management.
EL's strength is focussed on the development of projects within their main activities, the acquisition of productive assets with the aim of improving their efficiency.
EL are constantly looking for innovative solutions that allow us to increase the value of assets, as well as maximise the benefits of our customers in the Energy Sector. Since 2015 EL have focussed on the differentiation of our portfolio towards strategic growth markets such as the water treatment industry and the electricity generation industry.

The Joint Venture will be responsible for the development of business through the Americas region and the transfer of experience and references in the Water and Electricity industries to the European Market and the Americas office will have access to the resources of both KOMS Europe & KOMS Incorporated.
Adrian Marcataio, the CEO of Energia Latina will become the CEO of KOMS Americas and a director of KOMS Europe.
